Pylon Hosting operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
Prices are subject to change. If our pricing changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All fees are charged in AUD unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Pylon Hosting dashboard.
If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the cycle ends.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in promotional offers.
3. Service Availability & Performance
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur. We’ll do our best to notify customers in advance.
Performance may vary based on usage, server loads, or third-party provider issues.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to host illegal content, including pirated material, malware, or anything that violates applicable law.
Servers cannot be used for abuse including spam, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized crypto-mining.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Pylon Hosting is not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised accounts.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups in addition to those provided by us.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, and branding of Pylon Hosting remain our property.
You retain ownership of content you host but grant us a license to store and transmit it as necessary to provide services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of infrastructure.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
