1. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pylon Hosting operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Prices are subject to change. If our pricing changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • All fees are charged in AUD unless otherwise stated.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Pylon Hosting dashboard.
  • If you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the cycle ends.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in promotional offers.

3. Service Availability & Performance

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur. We’ll do our best to notify customers in advance.
  • Performance may vary based on usage, server loads, or third-party provider issues.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to host illegal content, including pirated material, malware, or anything that violates applicable law.
  • Servers cannot be used for abuse including spam, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized crypto-mining.
  • Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Account Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Pylon Hosting is not liable for unauthorized access caused by compromised accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups in addition to those provided by us.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, trademarks, and branding of Pylon Hosting remain our property.
  • You retain ownership of content you host but grant us a license to store and transmit it as necessary to provide services.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of infrastructure.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
  • Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
